• How to become a Fellow Member

  Individuals who have completed 6 years of business experience after obtaining the Member status of the Institute are eligible for Fellow membership. Applicants should necessarily demonstrate their contribution to the profession or to the Institute to obtain the Fellow Membership status. Annual subscription fee for overseas practitioners is 6,000LKR and locals are charged 4,000LKR.

• How to become a Member

  Associate Members who can demonstrate two years of industry experience and a one-year APC Diary are eligible for Member status of the IFMSL. Successful completion of the APC Viva is a must to obtain the Member Status. It includes a free subscription for all IFMSL publications for a period of one year. Annual subscription fee for overseas practitioners is 5,500LKR and the same for locals is 3,000LKR.

• How to become a Associate Member

  Individuals who have completed the B.Sc (Hons.) degree program in Facilities Management offered by the University of Moratuwa, become eligible for the Associate membership of IFMSL. Associate Members are entitled to a one-year free subscription to the IFMSL Newsletter. Annual subscription fee for overseas practitioners is 4,500LKR and the same for locals is 2,000LKR. Additionally, a One Time Processing Fee of 500LKR is applied only at the initial instance of obtaining this membership.

• How to become a Student Member

  Undergraduates who have completed Level 02 of B.Sc (Hons.) degree in Facilities Management offered by the University of Moratuwa, are eligible for the Student Membership of IFMSL. A six-month free subscription to the IFMSL Newsletter is included with this membership and the membeship is offered free of charge.
