Hence the level of risk bore by the facilities team is very important and facility manager can adopt on risk management responsibilities and develop a risk management strategy. AS well as facilities manager must be able to recognize the major classes of relevant risk and apply models for determining an organization's risk exposure and determining the level of control that can be exercised over specific risks.
