Facilities Management International Standards

There have been a number of developments around FM Standards within the International Standard Institution (ISO) over recent years. Representing the FM industry in the development of FM Standards within the UK (BSI), Richard will discuss the recent ISO Standards, including the groundbreaking ISO 41001, Facility management – management systems – Requirement with guidance for use, including how organizations will benefit from this accreditation. He will also discuss other standards currently under development by ISO.

Richard will be presenting a number of key subjects that are considered vital for the ongoing development and growth of facilities management of Sri Lanka. these subjects will include,

• Effective Maintenance Strategies within FM
