Back to Basics – Property and Facility Management in Retail & Commercial Buildings

Within the commercial property, retail and shopping centre environment is an accepted package of best practices, mostly dealing with basic: hygiene operations, VM and customer service. Often these are not applied, leading to a situation where the commercial retail and shopping centre is left undermanaged.

This work – session will, through the lens of a shopping centre and Real Estate Asset Manager and through the sharing of best examples, discuss how the basics sound Retailer and shopping centre management can and should be applied.
