Sustainable Urbanisation in the Context of Climate Change- FM’s Role

The role of the Facility Manager as a facilitator for Sustainable Urbanisation becomes more important than ever. An Urban Facility Management is mainly needed for the implementation of knowledge in a broader urban context to contribute to the achievement of energy efficiency objectives. The role and concept of traditional Facilities management should expand from typical business or public buildings to urban neighbourhoods.
